Therapy for Trauma
I provide therapy for adults with trauma and anxiety using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Together we work increase your regulation and resilience while improving your life and creating meaningful change.
Neuropsychological Evaluations
I provide comprehensive evaluations from adults seeking clarity about Autism. These assessments examine attention, executive functioning, social communication, and emotional processing to better understand how your brain works.
Tools for Mental Health
I primarily use EMDR for trauma and anxiety. However, other tools can be helpful such as mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy as well as acceptance and commitment therapy. and meditation.
I use empirical, scientific, and evidence based approaches that have been researched to be effective for trauma, and anxiety. Together we create a toolkit full of healthy coping mechanisms that you can draw on throughout your life.

How I Can Help
I specialize in treating trauma and anxiety using EMDR as well as providing neuropsychological evaluations for Autism. This means that beyond my doctoral degree in psychology, I have had additional education and training in these areas, which require a clinician who is knowledgeable with experience, empathy, and genuine concern. Staying up to date on new research, knowing how to apply different therapeutic techniques, and being familiar with the unique struggles individuals face are essential in getting good care.
